There are many myths out there about the translation industry such as translation can be done by anyone who can speak two or more languages. This, of course, isn’t exactly true. Most translation projects at least for business purposes are like a string quartet someone does the translation, someone reviews it, someone proofreads it and someone manages the process at least that’s what’s normal if you want it to sound good. However the quality of translation varies depending on what goal you are seeking to fulfill.
Translation is essential to be understood and to understand the people you interact with when doing business. To make business possible, to have a translator with experience is the key for the company success abroad. In fact, translation services can allow people to communicate and work with suppliers in another country that offer whatever the company needs, and it can also increase the chances of success. Translators also perform many tasks that are of a more scientific nature, especially when they use translation technology.
In this digital age, various types of technology for translation have been around for nearly as long as computers have and people are able to access information no matter where they live and no matter what language they speak. Technology gives people a multilingual reality with possibilities for delivering translation that simply never existed before. These technologies have increased productivity and quality in translation, supporting international communication, and demonstrating the growing need for innovative technological solutions to the age-old problem of the language barrier. However, these tools also represent significant challenges and uncertainties for the translation profession and the industry. In highlighting the need for increased awareness and technological competencies.
So, how is translation like music? It is a field that is vast and diverse. There are people who do it as paid professionals, and there are others who do it without training or for their own enjoyment, and who of course, do not consider themselves qualified to make a living from it. It’s very hard to assign a value to music and it is a dangerous thing to talk about translation cost. When people pay for a performance they expect it to be good, to be professional, nothing out of tune. So if you want to know how much you should pay for translation it really depends on how you want it to sound.

The translation has been demonized for many authors, it is in itself not bad because it allows students to have communicative skills of reading and written, but it does not contribute to the development of listening and speaking skills . It is necessary to evaluate in what moments you can use it, that is to say, what must be determined at the moment is the "how" and "when", that is, at what moment of the learning process of the students and how it should be incorporated.
I believe that the translation can not be used as the motivating method for the learnign of English language, there are many tools to do it, as the child reads the stories, the dialogues, the movies, the songs, the use of images, I think the tool is another tool that can be used in the learning process.
The motivation in the classes influences the students, concluding that a motivated student will always have better results in their learning process, in this work we understood that there are many factors that influences the motivation, the  family, friends, the tastes, the dreams and contexts in which the student finds himself in his daily life; However, the teacher plays an important role in the educational context of students, in that area and according to age, grade, socio-economic context, socio-cultural, among others, based on the above, the teacher must have resources, techniques, dynamics, games and other tools to be able to achieve the motivation of their students on the subject that is taking place.
When the teacher succeeds in creating a pleasant learning environment, where students feel participants and enjoy themselves, the appearance of their motivation is somewhat easier to achieve.

CONCLUSION:

All these theories have helped in the process of translating texts, in addition to helping translators to do excellent work in such a way that what is intended to be said is the most correct, it is as well as with each one of them we can have the tools and the necessary resources to be able to do what is required.

The translation is a useful tool that allows you to consolidate the basic knowledge of the language you want to learn, allows you to expand the vocabulary and improve the fluency of the language. But translation is also a tool that can hinder the learning process of a foreign language, since it facilitates the interpretation of the message by putting it in the native language, the fact that the translation benefits or harms the process of acquiring a second language. It will depend on the student who should strive to memorize the new vocabulary and investigate the words that are unknown to him.

B) Leonardi (2010), translation enhances critical reading skills, improves grammatical awareness and language proficiency, facilitates vocabulary acquisition, and develops intercultural competence.


Translation done in a conscious way supports the acquisition of a foreign language as Leonardi puts it when he says that translation improves critical reading since when translating constantly the person is able to become familiar with the idioms of the language and in this way improve their interpretative capacity when reading,likewise being aware of the idioms and the particularities of the language written in the language you want to learn the translator improves his writing ability in this language and therefore will be able to produce better texts and express more accurately the intention of your message. therefore, constant translation significantly supports the acquisition of the language  that  wishes to learn, in the same way if the student not only translates the meaning of the words but also looks for what is their correct pronunciation can improve this way another of the important skills for communication in a foreign language the pronunciation. In this way it is easy to conclude that translation is a tool that should be used in a conscientious way in order to not only obtain a good translation but also a significant improvement in our communication skills in the language we wish to learn.

In order to talk about the purposes of translation, we refer to Dull's phrase (1989) which says "Identify three essential purposes of translation as an activity in language learning: accuracy, clarity and flexibility. of the precision, since it looks for the correct form or the correct word in which the translator makes reference to those who are directed and so the phrase that is wanted to be translated is the most coherent of agreement obviously to the language in which it is being translated, in In this case we speak English, where we must take into account certain modal verbs and some words where its meaning could be confusing its translation not as literal as it should be.


Also Dull (1989) "argues that translation" trains the learner to search (flexibility) "the student to be faced with a situation of a translation perhaps complicated, with a technical language uses flexibility, which likewise the language allows, and as we know in English, a single word can have different meanings which helps the student to find the correct way to make such a translation which enlivens their mental abilities, fast fluency and their multiple intelligences so that as the student says author achieves that those three purposes at the time of translation are used as the best tool, giving an understanding of what is being translated and said and / or written in a clear and concise manner as well as expressed in the phrase So then, when training the translator with these 3 essential purposes, they are giving him the tools he said before so that his work can be delivered with success. D)Translation has been an important part of English language teaching for a long time, but it has been abandoned since communicative methodologies became dominant.


Although translation can be set aside in settings where second-language learning prevails, for some students and non-native teachers, it remains an important part of the language teaching and learning process. For some people, , with certain difficulties in learning the language, the translation can play a significant role as it can be used to aid learning, practice what has been learned, diagnose problems, and test proficiency. And, through it, the student can create a sense of security in the experience of learning a foreign language and use it as a tool for improving language skills such as use of  , reading comprehension but not the ability to speak fluently after having studied for a long time. For this reason, translation was defined as un-communicative, boring, pointless, difficult and irrelevant (Duff, 1994).

The question of translation in language teaching has been a very problematic one, as the recent teaching theories mostly support monolingual teaching and the use of translation is considered a breaking of rules and possibly even the teacher’s fault. But, this does not mean that translation is not being used in foreign language classrooms anymore.
However, it is not a secret that this globalized world demands an excellent management of communicative competences, which is why different methodologies must be implemented to achieve this purpose. In this, I follow Guy Cook’s belief that bilingual teaching in general and translation itself “cannot and should not be treated separately” (Cook, 2010, p. xix). Cook, in his defense of referring to bilingual teaching and translation with a common term, points out that: “. . . while they may be distinguished in theory, [they] go naturally together and blend into one another in practice”.

E) Kavaliauskienė G. (2009) says that translation does not help students to develop communication skills. Translation activities may be suitable for students who prefer analytical or verbal-linguistic learning strategies.

The ability to translate from L2 to L1 and from L1 to L2 is an essential skill that is closely related to reading and writing, when we are reading or writing we have time to look for the right concept that will give meaning text that we are reading or the written what we are producing.


When we are using other communication skills such as speech or listening, and we use translation, you will not really succeed in the message that you are receiving or you want to transmit, these skills are immediate, It lives in the present and now, as Hampshire, S.(2010, August 31) said in his conference when speaking about translation and the interpreting it is immediatly; otherwise, the communication channel would break, either by the speed in the translation or it could be an incorrect translation of a word that could give rise to an incorrect understanding of the message and could generate a misunderstanding among the speakers; in this sense, Kavaliauskiene's postulate is correct in stating that translation does not help students to develop communication skills as mentioned above,(speaking and listening) thinking all the time in the language of origin does not really help in an effective acquisition of the L2
